Georgian Christians Caught in The Cross Fire

BosNewsLife reports that the Russian government supposedly has ordered an end to the military invasion of Georgia. This latest attack has many of the missionaries concerned over the many churches that have been damaged as a result.President Bush has condemned Russia for its invasion and has sought a cease-fire to stop the aggression. President Bush states that “If these reports are accurate, these Russian actions would represent dramatic and brutal escalation of the conflict in Georgia. These actions would be inconsistent with the assurances we have received ….” Many Christians were caught in the cross-fire.
Pray For the missionaries in Georgia that they can and will continue their ministering efforts in Georgia.
Pray that Russia will honor the peace agreement and withdraw its forces from Georgia.
Pray that Christians caught in the cross-fire will minister to those in need during this crisis.
