SPEECHLESS....Silencing Christians:13-week TV series labeled a call to Christian action

A new weekly TV series that looks at how Christians and free-speech rights are under attack has started running online and on several broadcasting outlets. The 13-week series is titled Speechless....Silencing the Christians. Each half-hour episode is hosted by commentator and author Janet Parshall and examines the growing anti-Christian bias throughout the nation. The series highlights numerous interviews with Christians who have experienced persecution because of their religious faith, as well as comments and observations by those arguing their cases in court and defending the cause in the mainstream media. The series premiere aired Saturday evening on INSP-and over the weekend, more than 40,000 people viewed that first episode through American Family Association websites. AFA president Tim Wildmon says the series is meant to inform and equip Christians. "People need to watch the video and then join groups like the American Family Association that are getting Christians together to stand up and fight back and be aware and take action," Wildmon urges."There is power in numbers-and so if we can get more people to join efforts like the AFA and other groups, that's the way they can make a difference." The series is shown weekly on the INSP network, and also on i-Lifetv.
